After not racing since March a few of the AHS girls participated in the Women's 4 Miler two weeks ago on the foxfield course.
Arianna DeBoer led the way for the patriots placing second o
verall in a time of 25:44. Cassidy Guyton pr'd in her 5k en route to the 4 miles by running 27:04. Bella Sonen ran 29:43 in her first race since last September and Halle Barredo ran 31:35 in her FIRST RACE EVER. All of the girls enjoyed the socially distanced format which included interval starts and the special grass course. They also got to see some Albemarle Alumni on the warmup and cooldown at Ridge Road.
