The girls headed out to UVA's great facilities this afternoon to get in a tough workout. We are deep in the season and the intensity is really ramping up but the girls are thriving. The workout was in the afternoon which can really be rough for metal toughness but the girls showed up and worked just as hard as they have all season! All of this hard work will pay off!
