Sadly the cross country season is drawing to a close for most of our athletes. This week, and the upcoming districts race will be the last for all girls not running at States or Nike Regionals. Make sure that you are fueling well, even in these last few days because we want PR's tomorrow! The District Meet bus leaves at 12:00 from AHS - expect to be back sometime around 7 as we are all stay
